By joining the Denplan Excel Accreditation programme everyone at Dove Holistic Dental Centre is committed to the following:
- We will ensure patients know what is being done and why, to support their oral health.
- We care what our patients feel and think about the practice and will listen and act upon their views and opinions.
- We are committed to opening our practice and procedures to regular independent monitoring and act upon the results.
- We practice using the most appropriate procedures and dental knowledge to ensure both the dentist and practice team are up to date with the latest dental and patient care techniques.
- We will fully involve patients in decisions regarding their ongoing dental care and dental treatment.
- We are committed to clear and effective communication regarding your oral health.
What we ask from you:
- Talk to us. Only through expressing your views can we continue to meet your needs.
- Don’t keep us a secret, most of our new patients come from personal recommendations and we are most grateful to all those regular satisfied patients who refer their relatives, friends and colleagues to us. Our practice is still growing and we welcome further recommendations.
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice when canceling, changing or moving an appointment. Missed appointment charges are applicable.
